I hereby certify that the particulars given on this booking form are correct to be the best of my knowledge and belief and that I have read all shown regulations / information enclosed. I agree to abide the rules and directions of the organisers, see attached regulations or web site for details. I will not hold the event organisers / Stonham Barns Leisure & Shopping Village responsible for any loss or damage to my property. For the duration of the event our exhibits will be covered by a public liability Insurance Policy with a limit of not less than £1,000,000.
